Rebecca Zigterman provides commercial real estate brokerage services as a Senior Brokerage Advisor. She has been representing landlords and tenants since 2011 and has successfully completed over 270 real estate leasing and sale transactions, with recent transaction volume in 2016 totaling over $22,000,000. Rebecca currently leases over 746,000 RSF for landlord clients in the greater Austin area and has a depth of knowledge in leasing and marketing efforts on behalf of her clients.

Rebecca previously assisted ECR in its marketing efforts on behalf of Landlord clients and contributed to the implementation of the marketing system that sets ECR apart from other firms.

Prior to ECR, Rebecca worked at Stanford University, where she oversaw service contracts and vendors as a purchaser in the residential and dining enterprises department, which encompasses approximately 5 million SF of housing, dining, and hospitality facilities. Prior to Stanford, Rebecca worked for RE/MAX Alliance in the greater Boulder area after graduating from the University of Colorado in Boulder (CU).

Rebecca is involved with the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), the CCIM Central Texas Chapter, the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, and Gateway Community Church, and she previously played in the AWSL.  She was awarded the CCIM Scholarship in 2015 for her efforts as co-chair for the organization’s Programs Committee.

Rebecca received her Bachelor of Arts from CU and a certificate of business from its Leeds School of Business, where she developed her passion for real estate.
