If this is a maintenance emergency please call our 24-hour line at 512-891-0300 for immediate response or 911 for Police or Fire.
Only the following emergencies will be handled after hours, all other maintenance items can be reported via the online maintenance request form or by calling the office during normal business hours:
- Electrical wires that are live and exposed posing a danger.
- Continuous water intrusion of any kind that cannot be stopped by shutting off a valve or water main.
- Plumbing stoppages that cause all toilets to be inoperable.
- No A/C or Heating.
