Property Update: New HVAC systems at Addison Business Center

PRE Management will be installing 43 new HVAC systems in the Addison Business Center to replace the old systems. This $500,000 improvement is part of PRE’s effort to manage our properties using the latest sustainable and eco-friendly techniques. The new HVAC systems will more efficiently provide ventilation, air circulation, and climate control in our Addison office spaces, ensuring our tenants a comfortable working environment while reducing energy use.

Here at PRE Management, we believe in the power of art to revitalize community spaces. Because of this, our owner, Sebastian, has recently commissioned Iranian-born American artist Vahid Shohreh to design and build two wall installations at his Addison Business Center, located at 16160 Midway Rd. Addison TX 75001. The goal of the project was to use form and color to break up the repetitive brick walls of the office building, and create an attention-grabbing space for tenants at the business center and the general public. “I’m so excited for this collaboration with Shohreh, an artist whose work I have admired and respected for several years now. I think this will be a great addition to our offices, and hope it will help brighten the day for all of our tenants and visitors at Addison Business Center,” says Sebastian.
